Tesco Vee said:i have had many many moles removed because the dermatologist said they look to have some growth on them. I recommend everyone have the off colored ones looked at immediately. Especially the pale guys out there like me.
i only use SPF 45 when i do go out in the sun. stuff goes on like paint and doesnt really come off at all.
Tesco Vee said:all they give you is a numbing shot that makes the mole puff up. then they scrape it off. it hurts like cigarette burn for 2 weeks.
if the lab determines they need to remove more, then they dig further and this requires stitches. was very painful on top of my head. didnt hurt as much on my back (last month), leg, and shoulder.
i would hate to see what happens if you wait to long. i go every 4-6 months to dermatologist.

i know that the sun is a great source of vitamin d but overexposure can be harmful to the skin
so i carry an umbrella with me when i go out in the harsh sun
sometimes i do apply sunscreen lotion for extra protection
